Pull requests are very welcome as long as the features you are requesting the implementations for are stable and make sense with the roadmap plan of Tachyon
As a maintainer
Tachyon maintaining team will try its hardest to avoid making breaking changes once the API is stable, until then breaking changes will have their own release and previous versions will not be unusable.
